Private Sector Building Safety Manager – HRB & MRB (London)

Pertemps Bond is recruiting for an experienced Private Sector Building Safety Manager to oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements for high-rise and mid-rise residential buildings in London. The role is hybrid, four days in the office, with a temporary assignment contract and competitive hourly pay.

The candidate will manage building safety records, implement the Golden Thread, and collaborate with LFB, GLA, and other authorities to ensure Fire safety and housing standards are met.
