Private Sector Housing Team Lead & Enforcement Expert

Aatom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority for a Private Sector Housing Team Leader. Based in Central Bedfordshire, the role leads a team of EHOs and Technical Officers to regulate and improve private sector housing conditions and deliver the Housing Assistance programmes.

The position is a full-time, 37-hour week contract for eight months, with frontline inspections, complex casework, policy delivery, and advisory support to Officers.
