TSR Legal is working with a well-established regional law firm looking to recruit a Probate Solicitor to join its private client team.

The successful solicitor will advise individuals and families across a broad range of probate and estate administration matters. The caseload is expected to include estate administration, probate applications, intestacy matters, inheritance tax considerations and general estate planning work.

Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors through to more experienced private client lawyers who have developed a particular interest in probate and estate administration.
