Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process modifications to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Support the commissioning and start-up of new equipment and process changes.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to process performance and improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or process engineering role.
- Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
- Understanding of mass transfer and heat transfer principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
