Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced process control (APC) strategies and systems.
• Develop and tune control loops, ensuring stable and efficient process operation.
• Configure and program Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Troubleshoot control system issues and optimize performance for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with process engineers and operations teams to define control requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in process automation and control technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process control engineering.
• Proficiency with DCS and PLC programming and configuration.
• Strong understanding of control theory, instrumentation, and process dynamics.
• Experience with simulation and modelling of control systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
