Process Development Chemical Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of chemical processes from lab scale through pilot plant to full-scale production.
• Conduct experimental design (DoE) and data analysis to understand process variables and improve performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, implementing robust solutions to ensure product consistency and yield.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate closely with R&D chemists, engineers, and production teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and process modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, separations, and analytical techniques.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
