Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new chemical processes from laboratory scale to pilot plant.
• Conduct feasibility studies and techno-economic assessments for new process technologies.
• Operate and troubleshoot pilot plant equipment, gathering critical process data for scale-up.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and operations.
• Document all experimental procedures, results, and technical findings meticulously.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance process development capabilities.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in process development , scale-up, and pilot plant operations.
• Strong understanding of reaction kinetics, separations, and process design principles.
• Proficiency with process modeling and simulation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
