Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate new manufacturing processes and optimize existing ones for enhanced performance.
- Conduct experimental work, analyze data, and document findings to support process improvements and new product introductions.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues on the production floor, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and yield.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure all developed processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in process development or optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process design, scale-up, and validation principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
