Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale-up new chemical processes from pilot to commercial production.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to optimize reaction conditions and product yields.
• Design and manage pilot plant trials, ensuring safety and data integrity.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth technology transfer and process validation.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in chemical process development .

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or R&D.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and pilot plant operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
• Understanding of reaction kinetics and process safety principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical work effectively.
