Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze existing production processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth process transitions from pilot to full-scale production.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide technical support to the production floor.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new process implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of process simulation and statistical analysis tools.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
