Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Analyze existing production processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth process transitions from pilot to full-scale production.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide technical support to the production floor.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new process implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of process simulation and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
