Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes for pilot and full-scale production.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize process parameters, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, operations) to ensure successful process transfer and scale-up.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Stay abreast of emerging manufacturing technologies and evaluate their potential application.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering or product development within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
- Experience with process validation and scale-up activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in a multidisciplinary setting.
