Process Development Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and scale-up pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring robustness and reproducibility.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate process parameters and identify critical control points.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes for deviation resolution.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D teams to ensure seamless process implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with process scale-up, validation, and technology transfer.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
