Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and scale-up pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring robustness and reproducibility.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate process parameters and identify critical control points.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes for deviation resolution.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D teams to ensure seamless process implementation.
- Document process development activities, prepare technical reports, and support regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience with process scale-up, validation, and technology transfer.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
