Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all process-related activities.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all processes meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new and existing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with process control systems and data logging equipment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex process data.
