Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise chemical manufacturing processes to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Conduct pilot plant trials and scale-up studies for new chemical products and process modifications.
• Analyse process data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth technology transfer and implementation.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related science discipline.
• Proven experience in process development or optimisation within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design (DoE).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
