Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Conduct pilot plant trials, collect and analyze data, and scale-up processes effectively.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure smooth technology transfer.
• Author comprehensive process development reports and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent relevant science discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in process development or scale-up within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Experience with process safety management (PSM) principles.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) if applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
