Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize new manufacturing processes and equipment for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot programs to validate process improvements before full-scale implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and training materials.
- Stay abreast of new manufacturing technologies and methodologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in process design, development, and optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional team leadership.
