Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop novel manufacturing processes and technologies to improve product performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Analyse experimental data, generate reports, and present findings to project teams and management.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into full-scale production.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in process development or research and development within a manufacturing context.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing techniques and materials science.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
