Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new process technologies and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless process integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Familiarity with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
