Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in terms of speed, cost, and quality.
• Develop, test, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance productivity and product consistency.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and products.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality, reporting findings and recommendations to management.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Solid understanding of process simulation, statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in process mapping software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to process improvement.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
