Process Engineer

About the Role

Our client requires a skilled and analytical Process Engineer to join their innovative manufacturing team based in Milton Keynes . You will work closely with production, R&D, and engineering departments to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during production.
• Conduct process validation and capability studies to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and process scale-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process optimization techniques and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to analysis.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with various departments.
