About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Design and implement new processes and workflows to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational stability.
• Train operators and technicians on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams in Bristol .
