Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor new process designs and technologies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control (SPC).
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process optimization techniques and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
