If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just ask.## **What You’ll Be Doing*** Identify and assess automation opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder engagement.* Design, configure, and implement Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions.* Lead process improvement initiatives using data analysis and root-cause methodologies.* Develop and manage a prioritised pipeline of continuous improvement projects.* Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to deliver sustainable business improvements.* Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, benefits, and outcomes.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.* Promote a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.## **What You’ll Bring*** Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualified.* 3-5 years' experience in Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, or Business Transformation.* Proven success delivering process improvement and automation initiatives.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.* Experienced in workshop facilitation, presentations, and training delivery.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Change-driven leader with a continuous improvement mindset.* Adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong professional integrity.Ready to make a real impact?
