Process Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and waste reduction within manufacturing operations.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to analyse data, diagnose issues, and propose solutions.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Train production staff on new processes and best practices to foster a culture of improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and cost, reporting on progress.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in a process improvement or industrial engineering role.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum), with practical application experience.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
