Our client is seeking a proactive Process Improvement Engineer to join their operations team, offering a hybrid work arrangement. This role is dedicated to analyzing and enhancing current business and manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality. You will collaborate closely with various departments, leveraging your analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement changes that lead to measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Design and document new or improved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustained benefits.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in process improvement , industrial engineering, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote analysis with on-site collaboration.
