Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of manufacturing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization and waste reduction.
- Design and document new operational procedures and standards, ensuring clarity and adherence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, throughput, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to implement improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement techniques for operational staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a process improvement or industrial engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and relevant software tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to project execution.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and engaging with diverse teams.
