Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze inefficiencies within production and operational workflows using various analytical tools and techniques.
- Lead and participate in projects focused on implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance value.
- Develop and document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for all critical processes.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, collect data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to operational staff on new processes and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in a process engineering or continuous improvement role.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events).
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using process simulation and modeling software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
