Process Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies within production and operational workflows using various analytical tools and techniques.
• Lead and participate in projects focused on implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance value.
• Develop and document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for all critical processes.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, collect data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to operational staff on new processes and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in a process engineering or continuous improvement role.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in using process simulation and modeling software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
