Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of optimized processes and best practices.
• Monitor process performance and provide ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization, industrial engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
