Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to quantify process performance and measure the impact of changes.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of optimized processes and best practices.
- Monitor process performance and provide ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization, industrial engineering, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements with measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
