Procurement Analyst

You will play a vital role in optimising spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving the efficiency of procurement processes. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse spend data to identify trends, opportunities for consolidation, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the negotiation process by providing relevant data and insights.
• Assist in the management of supplier contracts and performance monitoring.
• Identify and recommend improvements to procurement processes and systems.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role, preferably within procurement or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Understanding of procurement principles and practices is advantageous.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
