Procurement Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret procurement data related to spend, supplier performance, and market trends.

• Support the negotiation process by providing relevant data and analysis on pricing and supplier capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through spend consolidation, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Assist in the management of supplier relationships by providing performance data and insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within procurement systems and databases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within procurement, finance, or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel (advanced), SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
