Procurement ESG & Capability Transformation Lead

CSL is seeking a senior leader to shape future procurement governance, ESG strategy, and capability development across a global function. The role partners with the CPO and Leadership Team to drive maturity, transformation, and performance in a complex, multinational environment.

You will set governance standards, embed ESG principles, and build talent through the Global Procurement Academy, while collaborating with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
