About the Role

This leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing a team of procurement professionals, and fostering strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee all aspects of the procurement process, including strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Implement and refine procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and risk assessments to optimise supply chains.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in procurement leadership or a senior procurement role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful procurement strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement systems and best practices.
- A Master's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
