Procurement Manager – Directs & Manufacturing
Hertfordshire | £55,000 - £60,000 + Competitive Package
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Direct Procurement professional to join a rapidly growing, highly successful manufacturer with a strong international presence and an established position as a leader within its specialist market.

What you'll be doing
- Managing strategic Direct Procurement across materials, components and manufactured products
- Leading sourcing projects, supplier negotiations and commercial activity across an international supply base
- Developing supplier relationships and driving improvements across cost, quality, resilience and performance
- Partnering closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and wider business stakeholders
- Taking increasing ownership as the procurement function and wider organisation continue to grow
What they're looking for
- Strong procurement experience at Senior Buyer / Procurement Manager level
- Ideally experience within a manufacturing environment , with medical, healthcare or cosmetic product manufacturing exposure beneficial but not essential
- Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation and supplier management capability
- Commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership
- Personality is important: driven, friendly, passionate and collaborative , with the ambition to develop and take on more
