Job Description
West London - Ideally 2 days per week in the office
I am partnering with an international events business to recruit a Procurement Manager into its global procurement team. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of indirect categories, including logistics, specialist technology and the goods and services required to deliver events across multiple countries. This is a hands‑on opportunity to own sourcing projects and supplier relationships within a busy international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end procurement across logistics, specialist technology and wider event-related goods and services.
- Lead tenders, evaluate proposals and negotiate commercial terms, working with stakeholders to define requirements.
- Manage contracts, variations and change control, supporting the resolution of commercial disputes.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring services meet event delivery requirements.
- Work with operational teams, legal and finance to manage supplier risks and embed sustainability into sourcing decisions.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven end-to-end procurement experience across indirect goods or services.
- Exposure to logistics, technology or event-related categories would be advantageous; experience across every category is not required.
- Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship skills.
- The ability to work closely with stakeholders and manage competing project deadlines.
- An analytical, commercially minded approach, ideally with experience supporting international requirements.
An opportunity to broaden your category experience and see the direct impact of your work on international event delivery.
