Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and budgets.
• Manage and mentor a team of procurement specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar senior purchasing role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing cost-saving procurement strategies.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Experience managing and developing a procurement team.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
