Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, obtaining quotes and comparing offers to ensure best value.
• Monitor order status and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including supplier details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar purchasing role.
• Familiarity with procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of ERP systems .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
