You will play a key part in supplier selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing supplier performance management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories of goods and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Negotiate favourable pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue tender documents and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any contractual or delivery issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
