Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from requisition generation to order fulfillment and payment processing.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and ethical requirements.
- Negotiate favourable terms and pricing with suppliers, aiming for cost reductions and improved service levels.
- Maintain accurate and organised digital records of all procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance data.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide procurement support.
- Monitor market conditions and supplier activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a procurement or purchasing role, with a strong understanding of supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, suitable for remote interaction.
- Proficiency in using e-procurement platforms and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.
