Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Source and vet suppliers, obtaining quotes and comparing offers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Expedite orders as necessary and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records in the procurement system.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or invoicing.
• Assist the Purchasing Manager in various procurement activities and projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role.
• Knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
