Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.

- Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers for routine purchases.

- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Procurement Officer or purchasing administration role.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, terminology, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software and basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
