About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet organisational needs and budget constraints.

• Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings and value.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Process purchase orders and manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role, with a strong understanding of sourcing principles.
• Experience in remote collaboration tools and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
