Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and indirect services in line with company requirements and budgets.
• Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse base of suppliers, monitoring their performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential new suppliers and assess market trends.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
