Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for various goods and services required by the organization.

- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide expert advice.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar purchasing role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with purchasing software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
