Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure adherence to contracts and service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and supplier communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed sourcing decisions.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS) are advantageous.
