Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to forecast demand.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and terms for specific procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and supplier communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or buying role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite , particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
