Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories, including requisition, PO creation, and order confirmation.
• Source and evaluate potential new suppliers, ensuring they meet company quality and ethical standards.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable contract conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement support.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Solid understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in a remote setting.
