Product & Problem Manager, Digital Services Optimizer

The Insolvency Service, a government agency, is recruiting an HEO Operational Service Management – Product/Problem Manager based in Croydon. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital services, working across Product and Problem Management to ensure reliable, secure services aligned with business goals.

You will engage with users, stakeholders and suppliers, investigate issues, monitor performance, and contribute to governance and reporting.
