About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Product Development Manager to lead their remote product development efforts. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research through to development, testing, and launch, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market opportunities.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept generation and market research to design, development, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Oversee product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and ensuring internal readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in a tech-related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
