Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development for new FMCG products, focusing on formulation and ingredient selection.
• Perform laboratory experiments, pilot trials, and sensory evaluations to assess product viability and quality.
• Optimise existing product formulations for cost-effectiveness, performance, and consumer appeal.
• Ensure all product development activities comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Document research findings, experimental procedures, and product specifications accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in product development , preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing technologies.
• Excellent laboratory skills and experience with analytical techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
