Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new FMCG products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
• Conduct benchtop formulation, pilot plant trials, and scale-up activities.
• Ensure all product development activities comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and manufacturing, throughout the development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product formulation and processing.
• Prepare product specifications and documentation for regulatory and production purposes.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science, Technology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in product development within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, processing, and manufacturing principles.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and pilot plant operations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
